Coastal paths and cycle routes take you to pretty coastal fishing villages such as Craster, Newton-by the Sea, Embleton, Amble, Beadnell and Bamburgh for great days out (and some fine dining!).

Easy driving roads give you access to Northumberland’s stunning countryside, and attractions such as Cragside, Wallington and Kirkharle (and just a little further afield you’ll be exploring the rolling landscape and pretty towns of the Scottish Borders).
With easy access to the A1, and being just a 10 min drive to Alnmouth Station, Hedgehope is also the perfect spot for days out to the City Centres of Newcastle and Durham to the south and Edinburgh to the north.
